It's someone you love. Their page is kept behind a secure password, like a vault. Only the people you give the login to can open it, and it is never listed on Google. Photos have location data removed. On 30 January 2027 the elves clear the workshop and everything is deleted from our servers.

How quickly will it be ready?

Is it for boys as well as girls?

Absolutely. Pick pink, blue or both at the top of this page. The letter, elves and Santa are written to suit them.

How old should they be?

Any age, from newborns to grown-ups. The older they are, the more the wording grows up with them: soft and magical for babies and little ones, fun and mischievous for big kids and teens, and playful, funny and a little cheeky for adults. It is just as good for a grandchild, a niece or nephew, a friend or a partner.

Will it say things that aren't true?

No. The letter only uses facts you give us.

What do I get by email?

A link to their private vault straight away, and the personalised, printable letter within minutes. Then a reminder on Christmas Eve, and a letter from Santa on 26 December, when he gets home from his long night.

What is the letter on 26 December?

It is a second letter from Santa to them. He tells them he is home, the reindeer are asleep in fresh hay, and he, Mrs Claus and the elves are going on holiday. It is emailed to you to read out, and it mentions their own elves.

Can grandma and grandad see it too?

Yes. Inside your form you can make a separate family login for each person: you give their name and choose a password, then send them the address, username and password yourself. They can only look. They can't change anything or download the letter, and you can switch a login off at any time.

Can grandparents buy it?

Yes. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends can all order it. Whoever orders chooses the password and can fill in the details themselves, do it together with mum or dad, or pass the login on to someone else to finish. It is up to them.

How long do you keep the data before it is fully deleted?

All their details, photos and pages are permanently deleted from our servers on 30 January 2027. The elves clear everything away and start getting ready for Christmas 2027. The only thing we keep is the record of your order, because the law asks us to keep our accounts.
