What you are buying

For each child you order, you get:

• a private, password-protected page for the child;
• a personal letter from Santa, written from the details you give us, and the same letter emailed to you to print;
• Santa’s report, the child’s three elves, a Christmas wish list, a photo gallery and a Christmas surprise;
• a reminder email on 24 December and a letter from Santa on 26 December, emailed to you;
• view-only family logins, so you can share the page safely.

This is a digital product for fun. It is not a promise that any gift will arrive. Wishes on the list are wishes, and the letter says so.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, once. There is no subscription. Payment is taken by Stripe. The price is shown in your currency and includes any tax we must charge.

Getting your page

When you have paid and told us about your child, the page is built within minutes and the letter is emailed to you. The address of the page is shown on your form as soon as it is ready, with a button that takes you straight there, and it is also emailed to you. You need a working email address to receive the email. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder, or use the button on your form.

Changes you can make

You can change the photos, captions, gifts and your Santa choice as often as you like, up to 8 photos. The letter, Santa’s report and the surprise share 5 rewrites for the whole page. You can make up to 5 family logins and switch any of them off at any time.

No refunds

We do not give refunds. The page and letter are made specially for your child, and the moment we start making the page it counts as made and delivered. You agree to this when you pay, and you agree that the 14-day right to cancel a digital product ends once we have started.

This does not take away any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be taken away.

What you promise

• You are 18 or over, and you are the child’s parent, guardian or someone the family has asked to do this.
• The details and photos you add are yours to use and are suitable for a child to see. Do not add anything unlawful, unkind or private to other people.
• You will keep your password safe, and share family logins only with people you trust. You are responsible for what happens with logins you give out.

We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and may close a page that is used to harm someone.

The letter is written with AI

Parts of the letter, report and surprise are written with the help of AI, using only the details you give us. We ask it not to invent facts about your child, but please read everything before you share it. If something is wrong, change your details and rewrite it, or contact us.

When everything is deleted

On 30 January 2027 we delete the page, the photos, the letter, the report and every family login. You can also delete everything yourself at any time with the “Delete everything now” button at the bottom of your form. After deletion nothing can be brought back, so print the letter and save any photos you want to keep before then.

Our responsibility

We take care to make the page work and to keep it private. We are not responsible for delays or failures that are outside our control, such as a power or internet outage, or an email that is blocked by your provider. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied on the day you ordered is the one that covers your order.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you live in another country, you also keep the consumer rights that country gives you.
